Bank Account Changes

We sent an email to clients on Monday 27th November, regarding a change to our client trust account bank details.

It is great to see many clients calling and emailing us to verify the legitimacy of that email.

We can confirm that the email was legitimate.

Change of bank details

We were contacting you to let you know that our client trust bank accounts with Lloyds, which you may have used previously to pay your insurance premiums to us, are to close.

When the accounts close, we will transfer the funds held into a new trust account with Barclays, which will operate on the same ‘non-statutory trust’ basis.

You do not need to take action.

Our new bank details are detailed in the email we sent to you. They will also be noted on your invoice.

No, there will be no changes required for your existing Direct Debit. This will only affect future payments made to Jensten Insurance Brokers Ltd.

Yes. Failing to update the payee details may result in late or non-payment, and could mean you are not insured.
