Our Pharmacy Insurance Solutions
Our Jensten Pharmacy team have over 10 years’ experience working with, and support pharmacies with their insurance requirements. During that time, we have evolved our solutions to meet the needs of pharmacy, whether that has been adapting Professional Indemnity cover for Pharmacy First, new treatments like weight-loss, or new services like ear mircosuction, or Shop Insurance for seasonal stock changes, or new covers like cyber insurance for distance selling.
We appreciate the financial pressures placed upon pharmacies, and it is our job to ensure that the pharmacy insurance cover you have is appropriate for your needs at a competitive premium.
Insurance is not the only service we are able to provide; our in-house claims advocates provide cradle-to-grave claims services, from notification through settlement. In addition, we have legal and HR advice services built into our covers.
If your requirements are more complex, whether because you operate a Hub and Spoke model, have an online pharmacy, have multiple locations, or have a poor claims history, we can identify the cover you need and source suitable cover.

Pharmacy Specialists
Stephanie has more than 10 years’ experience in the pharmacy sector and understands that the sectors insurance needs to be truly fit for purpose. As well as experience with indemnity and business insurance, Stephanie also deals with marketing, sales, underwriting, claims, and much more.
Alongside her role as head of healthcare, Stephanie studied to become a psychotherapist and completed this qualification in 2024. This has brought new skills and enabled better understanding of working with the team to lead with empathy and courage into a sector which is ever evolving.
Stephanie’s values align with the healthcare industry, who care about people first and foremost.
Kirsty brings 11 years of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career in motor insurance before transitioning to the pharmacy insurance sector after 7 years. Kirsty has a passion for Pharmacy insurance, having previously worked as a dispenser at Lloyds Pharmacy. This first-hand experience gives her a unique understanding of the importance of having the right cover in place for the Pharmacies.
Kirsty stays up to date on the ongoing developments within the pharmacy industry and plays a key role in supporting her team through these changes. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to perfection, she combines her technical expertise with a bubbly, approachable personality.
To enhance her leadership skills, Kirsty is currently undertaking a Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship, demonstrating her dedication to being the best manager she can be.
In her spare time, Kirsty is an active gym goer and enjoys taking part in park runs. Kirsty is keen to see the world, she loves visiting new countries and is always planning her next adventure!
With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jess brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her role as a Pharmacy Insurance Specialist. After a decade in the insurance sector, she rejoined the field five years ago, focusing her expertise on pharmacy insurance. Her deep understanding of the industry plays a key role in supporting team growth and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Jess is passionate about helping clients navigate their insurance needs while also working behind the scenes to improve internal processes. She is dedicated to streamlining workflows and enhancing reporting systems to ensure accurate data capture, enabling her colleagues to make informed decisions and drive strategic growth. Her efforts not only improve efficiency, but also save valuable time for the team.
Outside of work, Jess is a lover of music festivals and all things creative. She has a keen interest in the Japanese culture and is currently planning a trip to Japan to explore it firsthand.
Muazin is a Pharmacy Insurance Specialist who has been working in the insurance industry for over 5 years since graduating from University. Muazin is working to complete his CII qualification in the next year.

Outside of work you will most likely find Muazin playing football, in the gym or socialising with friends.
Kyle is a dedicated insurance professional with over seven years of industry experience. He previously specialised in property insurance before joining the Jensten Pharmacy team, where he has worked for the past two years. Kyle holds a Cert CII qualification and focuses on supporting clients through the renewal process, ensuring they have the right cover in place to protect their businesses.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys keeping active by going to the gym and running, he also spends time tending to his allotment with his partner.
Gary has spent more than 14 years helping clients navigate the insurance landscape with clarity and confidence. In his role, he not only delivers an efficient and supportive claims experience but also shares valuable insight into policy coverage and the insurer’s perspective—ensuring clients are prepared and informed.
He’s recognised for his steady approach, professional integrity, and ability to translate complex policy language into clear, actionable advice.
Outside of work, Gary is a proud father of four, with weekends dedicated to supporting his children’s sporting passions whether it’s football, athletics, rugby, or gymnastics, he’s there in all weathers, cheering them on.
Holly launched her career in 2015 and quickly made her mark in the world of claims management. Today, as a highly trusted Claims Advisor, she’s the reassuring voice and expert guide clients rely on when it matters most. From first call to final resolution, Holly delivers tailored advice with clarity, empathy, and an unwavering eye for detail turning complex processes into smooth, stress-free experiences. Her dedication consistently drives exceptional outcomes and builds lasting client confidence.
Beyond the office, Holly channels her energy into gym workouts, scenic dog walks, and making the most of every moment with family and friends.
