Jensten Insurance Brokers – Introducing our East Midlands Hub

We’re proud to announce that our new East Midlands hub has opened just outside of Nottingham, in Watnall.

The hub will see our Codnor and Ilkeston regional broking offices merge under one roof with teams from across the business including  Retail Broking, Jensten Underwriting, Jensten London Markets, Financial Protections, and Health & Protection to create a 60 person team of specialists under one roof.

This marks an exciting chapter with a massive opportunity for cross-team collaboration. Clients will benefit from access to a broader range of expertise and knowledge while maintaining the already established relationships they have with the Codnor and Ilkeston branches.

With a larger office comes more recruitment opportunities. The new Watnall office will create numerous local job opportunities and contribute to the community’s growth as a leading employer in the area.

Managing Director of Jensten Insurance Brokers, Robin Thomson, commented “We’re extremely proud to be bringing together the strengths and talents of our teams under one roof. This marks a new chapter of innovation and collaboration, enabling us to service our clients better, gain instant access to  a wide range of in-house expertise and drive growth. Together, we are ready to achieve greater heights.

What does this mean for clients?

Merging these businesses ensures continuity for all existing clients, with no changes to policies, account management teams, or service standards. Instead, the move enhances capabilities, offering access to a wider market, specialist expertise, and enhanced digital solutions.
