Alan Body

Alan is an experienced Executive, who has over 20 years of insurance experience, working for both insurers and brokers. He has placed a wide variety of covers, everything from personal lines cover to mainstream commercial covers to the more unusual insurances. Which has put him in the path to work within the transactional risks world.

In his current role, Alan works closely with clients and brokers to place insurances to mitigate deal-related risks, facilitate in contract adherence, protecting client balance sheets and to find a cover for any unusual risk that may require a bespoke solution. With a strong understanding and enthusiasm of wordings and contracts, along with his knowledge of the transactional insurance market, Alan brings a proactive and solution based approach to every enquiry.

Outside of work, Alan is a fan of sports, with Ice Hockey and Australian Football rules being among his favourites along with being a fan of Southampton Football Club. He is also a proud father of two and enjoys roller skating with his kids and running… without his kids.
