Susan Conway has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry spanning over two decades. Prior to her current role at Jensten Insurance Brokers, she was a Branch Director at our sister-brand Coversure for over 15 years.

Now as the Ilkeston Branch Director at Jensten Insurance Brokers, Susan leads a team as well as supports clients across a range of sectors with property, plant, and fleet insurance.

Susan is a trusted advisor who helps clients understand the complexities of insurance whilst delivering an excellent service.
