The Jensten Insurance Brokers Pharmacy Team would like to thank everyone who visited us at The Pharmacy Show 2026.
The event brought together more than 340 exhibitors, over 130 expert-led education sessions, more than 160 sector experts and over 9,600 pharmacy professionals.
It was a pleasure to meet pharmacy sector leaders and business owners from across the sector, to discuss the risks and insurance needs facing their businesses. These conversations covered many of different risks you have had on your mind, including dispensing errors, regulatory investigations, cyber incidents, business interruption and changing clinical responsibilities.
The event focused on some of the biggest issues affecting community pharmacy, including funding pressures, workforce shortages, independent prescribing, service expansion and rising patient demand. The programme explored practical issues such as sustainable growth, evolving NHS policy, clinical governance, regulatory risk and the expansion of clinical services.
For those who missed us, our specialist Pharmacy Insurance Team works with independent, group and distance-selling pharmacies, helping them consider whether their insurance arrangements reflect the way their business operates.
